We have exchanged today on our house and our moving date is the 23rd June. Its starting to hit home now what we are doing. I have made some really good friends in London who I will really miss but will be nearer old friends which will be good too. I don't think the reality will really kick in until Liam does his first week at work in London and I am on my own. We booked some train tickets for him yesterday which was a bit scary. I will miss him dearly during the week but the reality is I will be in a slightly better position in Wales with two children as I will have friends with little ones I can meet up with and also my parents will be fairly close by, both of which I don't really have here at the moment and with Liam in work all day, Wales will be a better option that London is at the moment.
Also the move is gonig to be good for the children also, we will be close to a school which is a lot smaller than the schools here and the whole lifestyle for the children will be much better too. I am currently flitting between being very excited and being scared! Oh well its done now!

Not much news here
Felt like I should post a message before yet again its a month before there is any news on here.
Last weekend we spent in Liverpool, it was Heathers 18th and I was babysitting Erin and of course Martha, not bad is it- a 4 hour journey to look after 2 little ones! Erin and Martha on the whole were very good, well mostly, I think Martha decided she was gonig to get some attention in the night when I went to bed at 10 she decided it was playtime!!!! As for Liam, I am not so sure he was as will behaved- very drunk, very sick and very annoying at 2.00 in the morning, no I was not impressed. More so because I was sober!!! I am not saying I am an angel, I know I have had more than my fair share of drunken nights, just not good at being on the receiving end!
Sunday saw us saying farewell and good luck to Jan and Murray who are leaving Liverpool and moving to Scotland, hope it all works out for you both.
This week we have been playing tennis with the buyers of our house, back and forth phonecalls from estate agent. Long and short of it is they wanted to knock £6000 off the price of our house, we have now agreed on £1000 for some damp proofing. We are hoping that they will sign contracts and we will exchange this week sometime, fingers crossed. We are then looking to move at the middle to end of June. Details of the house will go on here once we have exchanged and have confirmation on a moving date.
As for other news there isn't any really, Martha is now loving walking, has quite a few words now and baby signs which is great as we have some sort of idea of what she wants now, plus its really cute seeing her sign for things or at things, lots more nteresting than there or that!
